  4. SUGGEST.EXE is the executable program which will run SUGGEST-A-LOAD

  6.     just type: suggest <CR> at your computer prompt

  8. SUGGEST.ARC is the compressed (archived) version of SUGGEST-A-LOAD 
  9. which is to be uploaded on any reputable bulletin board system (BBS) 
  10. by those who choose to help spread the word of this program to the 
  11. ends of the earth. Feel free to help me get the word out. Many BBS's 
  12. require members to maintain an upload/download ratio as a requirement 
  13. of continued membership. By uploading this program we are both 
  14. benefitting. Please upload using only the name SUGGEST.ARC, and include 
  15. the statement "INTERNAL BALLISTICS FOR MODERN FIREARMS" when prompted 
  16. for a description of the uploaded program. This program requires 
  17. de-arcing via pkxarc or one of its clones after downloading to release 
  18. the executable program. It cannot be run in the compressed state, which 
  19. is only used to speed transfer time via modem, and save the modem 
  20. operator time and money. Many BBS's will not accept uploads of 
  21. uncompressed programs.
